I received a phone call from them and I agreed to buy 25 lifetime vouchers with platinum membership for a total sum of $250 which was to be debited to my credit card on the 04/04/2013. I explained that this credit card was at its limit and there I could not make a purchase until that date. It was not until I received the statement one month later that I noticed 4 separate transactions, as follows, 28/03-$100; 28/03-$159.95; 02/04-$125 and 03/04-$99. The first two covered the total amount plus postage however I did not authorise them on this date and I did not authorise the second two payments of $125 and $99 respectively. I have called their office three times to discuss this issue and each time I have been assured that these additional payments will be credited back to the credit card. I am yet to see them and i do not trust they will refund my money. i am taking further action against them. be warned and hang up if they call you.
