I wanted to buy in-game currency for an online game. I found Goldicq website via google, I found that they sell the currency I needed and paid to them $62.73 via paypal. After that I informed Goldicq via chat about the payment and they started ignoring me and wouldn't want to proceed with the order. I opened a dispute via paypal and in the end paypal did not help me get a refund. When I ask Goldicq in chat about refund they say we cant refund without manager permission and when I ask where is he or can I i talk to him they say he is not here. Days and weeks have passed while I ask to talk to their manager they say he is not here, it is obviously they don't want to refund nor give me the item I paid for.
Update: 02/15/2014
Paypal has closed the dispute. Whenever I ask for the item I paid for, Goldicq says close the dispute despite that it has already been closed.
