Nomorerack deserves no more business from anyone. They sent me a mismatched sheet set and refuse to make it right because I wasn't able to use the set and thus let them know within the time frame spelled out in their return policy. Nonetheless, they have an obligation to send me a replacement sheet (I'm only asking for the one that is too narrow for the set) because I ordered and paid for a full-size flat sheet to match the fitted sheet. They keep giving me lame answers and platitudes that are lies, e.g., "Customer satisfaction is our main goal." So I've been ripped off, and they don't care. AT THIS POINT I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
