Stay far away from this company! I purchased the program initially in July 2013 when I got my daughter a phone at Target. In December, I received a letter stating that I needed to provide updated credit card information if I wanted to continue the service. I didn't want to continue, so I didn't send them the information. There were no charges in Dec. 2013. I just noticed two charges in Jan. 2014 and another in Feb. from this company. I called to complain and ask them how they were able to continue billing me if they didn't have the right information. The woman started yelling at me, so I asked to speak to a manager. After waiting more than 15 minutes (I was doing work while I waited) I decided it wasn't worth it and sent a note about this to my bank.
