I received an email from a friend with the link (found out it's a phishing email):

When I clicked on it, I was directed to a site with a "fake a facelift" video of Dr. Oz and two plastic surgeons. It led me to believe Dr. Oz was endorsing this product. Other times the link directs to products Green Coffee Beans or Garcinia Cambogia.

When I went to order the phytoceramides, the on-line offer was buy 3 bottles at 29.60 USD and get 2 bottles free.

I was charged $148.00 for 5 bottles! I immediately tried to contact the company but the number listed on their site could not be reached from my calling area (Canada).

Yesterday, I received the product "PhytoRenew", and am in the process of trying to return the merchandise. The product I ordered was "Phyoceramides" with a completely different label advertised on the internet.

I am very unsatisfied with the product and lack of customer service!

To return the product I need to get a RMO number by calling their customer service, but this number cannot be reached where I live. If I am successful in returning the product, they stated via email they will charge a $5.95 re-stocking per bottle, as well I have to pay for shipping.

I have in the process of opening a dispute with them through Mastercard. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! Don’t buy into this SCAM!
