The letter i sent to dispute the charges on my visa says it all: Gayle Moore with Vacationcities/Helpdesk1/First Travel SV (or whatever name they are using and scamming people with these days is nothing more than a lying conartist!!
To Merchant Dispute Dept: I am disputing the charge that was place on my card January 30, 2014 in the amount of $1,295.00 payable to Vacationcities.net (formerly doing business as Helpdesk1 and also formerly known as First Travel SVC). After receiving a solicitation via fax, I purchased a vacation package from Gayle Moore, a representative of Vacationcities. I’ve entered into a contract for a purchased vacation March 22-27, 2014 I was told I would receive a confirmation via email within 7 days from dated booked (January 30,2014), that would contain the itinerary pertaining to the vacation (name of hotel, location, confirmation of dates to travel).
I have yet to receive my itinerary that confirms the travel arrangements that were made from date of contract (January 30,2014). Due to this fact, I’m unable to proceed with any kind of vacation preparation (notice to employer for leave of absence, booking flights etc.). After numerous failed attempts to contact the company representative, (Gayle Moore) whom I booked the vacation package with, to obtain the confirmation of the vacation package they promised me, I now realize this is nothing more than a financial scam. I am including these documents to support my claim.

I have highlighted the many complaints where Gayle Moore’s name is listed (representative from Vacationcities.net
To clarify, “Vacationcities.net” has changed names several times in the past year and was previously doing business as “Helpdesk1.info”and “Travel SVC” as you will see in the complaints listed.
