I received the "free trial" in December 2013. I called in January to let them know that I would not be continuing and was advised to send them the empty bottle and there would be no further charges.
I spent close to $14.00 on Canada Post, using the original box and mailed it to the Canadian Address.This was done within a week but I did not keep the postal tracking as I was in the process of moving and the receipt was misplaced.
Today I checked on my Visa Account and saw that 94.20 USD had been charged to my account. When I phoned the number I was told that they gave me an additional 30 days from Jan 4 when I called to cancel but never received the product.
They would not listen to my complaint, therefore I would like to file this with you.
