We recieved an unsolicited fax at our office believing it was to update our current hard copy yellow pages. We recieved a bill later for 1308.00, which we refused to pay. We have made 4 phone calls, 4 faxes and 8 mailings as directed by phone telling them we were mislead by their fax and asked for immediate cancelation which was supposedly done by phone. We were contacted by the posatal inspectors and advised not to pay as they see this as a scam and fraud. We are now getting letters from Direct Factoring and refuse to pay them in Bulgaria.
