My husband bought me a Christian Louboutin Sybil Tote 2,5 years ago and if i say i used the bag not more than 4 weeks all together than believe me i'm not exaggerating. I've returned the bag 3 times back to the shop and every time there was something wrong or it broke again after 5 days or they repaired it the wrong way. And this last time i just had it with it and demanded another bag. No more "Sybil" for me. Another 6 months passed by and finally i received a call from the shop where i bought my bag that Louboutin never coöperated so they ended the retailship with Louboutin and i should call Louboutin my self. So i did. All they could offer me was to repair it again after 2,5 years of missery with their bag. This is the worst service i've ever seen.
What's going on over there??
You should offer the service that goes with the price you're asking for your products.
