Dear Team, I had ordered Black N7000 Sumsung Note product from this site against that i have received white color phone without any company booklet and user guide. After that i found some other person DATA in Phone in other country language. Which forced me to dobut on product Quality and i can make out that it is not new product. I have complaint in their customer care Nos for solution on this eyeing company reputation and expecting that soulation will provided to me. But that was worst thing i have excepted from company they have trying to avoid the main complaint and started giving asscuse and also. counter that i am threatening them buy raising my voice against this fraud in country. Its not matter of Rs 15000/- they need to be honest with their customer such kind of fraud company will kill entire e com company's trust in market.
Yesterday when i have visit samsung outlet they said that is phone is first copy not original one and also dont have any manifacturing date also.
