Totally scammed by this company. Thought I was talking to a representative from Apple. He told me my computer was hacked and that he would connect me to Tech Care Live and they could help. Well I let them into my computer and now I am not sure what they have done. Something didn't feel right and I argued with the Manager about being taken advantage of. That's when he dropped the price from $399 to $199 because they had already done some work on my computer. I called Apple and they are in no way affiliated with this company. I am going to dispute the amount on my credit card (which I closed immediately after speaking to them.) We will see what happens.
