My computer had a pop up screen that said my information had been hacked and to call the number to speak with Apple support immediately, after said time I was connected to the "representative" who "showed" me how I had been "hacked" then stated I needed to have either Apple or Tech Care Live "fix it for me" in which case I was transferred to Tech Care Live who somehow already had control of my computer and asked for Credit Card info as well as DOB, Address, charged my card only to find out that once I had the real Apple Support team on the line that I had never talked to Apple. Its a SCAM!!!! Cancel your credit card etc. I filed reports with BBB and called authorities
