I applied for a personal loan in January I received a call from advance america from a man who said his name said David white on February 2nd He informed me I was approved for the loan. I was informing by his that I qualified for a 5000 dollar loan. He then inform that because of my credit no being so good I had to prove I could maker the payments by getting a vanilla reload card with the amount that my payments would have each month. I said as he asked called him back and gave him the information he needed. He then informed name that the funds would remain on the reload card. I then checked the vanilla reload card after we spoke and discovered they had taken my money. David white then called me back and told me my funds were on hold with the FDIC and I had to call an Alexander Black to find out why. Mr black who said he was from the FDIC said I owed money from a Loan I had never taken out with cash net usa in the amount of 450.25. He then told me that he was going to file a suit against me with the courts and sue me for all the court costs and atyorney fees plud the loan amount for cash net usa. I had Mr.Black rmail me all documents ehich he was dumb enough to do. I looked over the documents and discovered they are fake. I was scammed by this company and I am not happy sbout it at all. Here are the #'s I have for david white 888-201-1992 oh and a steven casey is part of this scam. The #for Alexander Black who says he is an attorney for the FDIC IS 917-745-9928 . I then made additiocalls and discovered that these #'s are all in the same officr. I want my money back of 170.00 plus the loan amount and an additional 25000.00 for all of suffering I have to through not being able to pay my bills without the money that was stolen from me and my children.
