I got a phone call stating I had won 3 gift cards.I won a 100 gas card 40 visa card and 25 American express..They got my information because they said I had to pay 3.45 for shipping of the prizes.. Well the charged my card once for 3.45(shipping cost) Then they overdrew my account and made 3 more charges for 89.95,64.99 and 45.36 . I had no idea these charges we on my account. So when my child support was deposited and I went to use my card to pay a bill I found out..Now they are saying I was buying facial products. I wasnt I was only supposed to pay for shipping on the gift cards. The guy I talked to first Bert said that was my problem since I didn't have the merchandise.The 2nd one I talked to kept trying to tell me I got something I never got The 3 rd one said they couldn't do nothing for me and all 3 told me there is no one else you can talk to managers and supervisors do not speak with customers they refused to do anything to help me.
