This company is a FRAUD. They do not do their services, and then claim that they do. They have excuses that have no limits, and change upon time of day, basically. They say they'll have a supervisor call you, but they never do. They'll tell you that they'll have your property serviced within 12 hours when you're mad, but they never do. Then when you call to follow up, they give you attitude about how it snowed and they need 12 more hours to service the property.... even though they never came around in the first place.

Out of two whole months, and about 4-5 significant snow falls over 5 cm, they have showed up only once. The one time they did show up, it was when I actually called and they surprisingly obliged to my request. It was for 2 cm. Never has it happened again.

They have rude staff, they never pick up the phone; forget trying to reach customer service. The only way you can try to reach someone is from sales, and clearly they do NOTHING. They give you more attitude than you will ever receive in your entire life, as if they're entitled to leeching on your money just for being alive. It is absolutely ridiculous. People pay money they earn (THROUGH HARD WORK) for a service, perform it.

DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THEM!
