ordered product online via an ad on a web site.
returned product unopened.could not find any info on returns on their site. emailed to let company know that i was returning product using their website email form. site promised 24 hour turnaround reply. didn't get a reply. i followed up with an additional two emails for a total of three and never received a reply. called three times and spoke to three different customer reps. the last one i spoke to on 1/23/2014 stated that there would be no refund because i didn't follow their exact return procedure which were inside the package. didn't have the info because i never opened the package.
