sent back unopened product. refund refused.
emailed using their website email notifying them that the product was being returned. site promised 24 hr turnaround for reply. received no reply. emailed three times with no replies. talked to three different customer reps and the last one said no refund was possible because i did not follow their exact procedure for returns. saw no info on website for returns. customer rep said info was in package. i returned the package unopened so i did not see instructions for returns.
