A removal of a virus was presented for 9.99. Long story short, they continued to run ach charges in excess of 700.00 on my bank account. They have robbed me not only of excellent standing with my bank but of the convenience of using my computer, that I worked for to buy. They "remotely" set themselves up as a user, without my consent. I can't get "their" user account deleted, plus the computer runs so badly, it's comparable to 20 years ago. I won't use it. I will do my part to bring these predators to at least the attention of others! More than likely the law. I have attempted to file with BBB but guess they are overloaded with complaints!

  • In this instance, the complainant hasn’t revealed any details with which we can use to determine if this person is actually our customer in the first place. We invite this person to provide some actual details like, date of supposedly contacting us, the customer ID he/she was given, or his/her email address, so that we can investigate further into this particular case and resolve it, if it is real. On this alleged situation we are unable to comment on anything, other than the fact we are not overloaded with BBB complaints.

This person, if he/she did contact us, certainly misunderstood us. With permission, we access the customer’s computer using a well-known and trusted remote 3rd-party access tool. Our process is very transparent. The customer can watch and control every movement of our technician and, can terminate the remote control by a single click. Once customer revokes the remote access, our technicians cannot re-establish the connection on their own without customer’s assistance/grant.

If the customer’s issue wasn’t fixed, then he/she would have got his money back instantly as per our Terms & Conditions, which our customers must agree to before we commence work. Our service, price and policy are unmatchable by others and it works out for everyone. We provide quality, affordable technical support (we are a global company), and always try to provide the best services to our genuine customers.
