Replied to an Email offering a cash advance (much needed after christmas), however my application was declined.
Just got my wages this morning minus £67.64.
There is no mention of a fee anywhere and I've been dropped right in it :-(
Any advice on getting this back is appreciated.
My bank also tells me they can't guarantee they won't do it again..... now I have to close my bank account and open another.
