Called about some computer issues and found this company to basically be "tech support" for OTHER software companies. The "tech" i spoke to was articulate and "sold" me on "lifetime service" via remote computer access HOWEVER, attempting to reach anyone took a minimum of a hour plus in wasted time.
When I called to cancel the service I was told I had to call all these individual companies for a refund. Odd that it only took THEM 10 mins to get all my credit card number info. Obviously, this is another variation of the good old "bait and switch" operation.
What was interesting was that the person taking my complaint virtually instantly began applying credit back to my charges under his control. No referral to a supervisor, etc. I would think that a reputable company would do everything to salvage a new customer. Apparently not!?
