I purchased a galaxy smartphone. The face got cracked. To return it I had to send photos of the damage along with many e mails back and forth. Finally they received the package. They are supposed to be shipping me a new one. Minus my $15.00 shipping I paid for the return. This has been going on for over a year now. I'm still waiting for my new galaxy smartphone. I've lost over 75.00.
