Entered my card details. When the window popped up to say that they were going to charge AU$350 (US$293.44) I cancelled the transaction and the money has still been taken from my account. I did not finalise the transaction and have emailed the company twice with no response.

Also the transaction has overdrawn my account by nearly AU$200.

I also did not receive an email stating that I had been charged the above amount and it shows on the site that I have 10 bids.
