Hi, I am received Letter from Aldous, they said I owed Diamond wireless $1040.
everyone who sign-up new account thru Verizon, they will and should expected signed agreement with ONLY Verizon, not This Diamond Wireless involved.
I canceled an agreement in Dec 2012, and paid in full termination fee to Verizon more than $500 only for JetPack service (I used only 60 day), then one year latter (Jan 2014), a letter for collection agency come said I owed $1040 to Diamond Wireless??!!! I even dont know what are they, where the amount come from??!!
what should I do?
