12/2/13 I paid $50 for 2 Sunlit-Bracelet's (found Deals online with our local TV station). When I entered my coupon codes I was asked to upgrade to silver which I did for one unit for $48.00 additional fee.
12/18/13 I received an email apologizing for a delay with another coupon towards a new purchase. Stated they would not deliver by Xmas.
1/7/14: I spoke with Customer Service and they said Theresa would return my call (which never happened).
I then issued notice to my local TV channel of this issue.
1/24/14: I stated that I was about to start my request for refunds and notify the public of this issue or I want the items by 1/31.
1/25/14: The local channel's contact has stated I will receive a refund 2-3 days after they get my order number (which they have from my previous emails).
When i call Belleza a recording comes on they we get disconnected. I hope to get this resolved via the TV's channels assistance, if not I will go to my credit card company by the 31st. Don't trust this company at this point.
