I ordered a charm necklace in Oct. ( perhaps earlier) of 2013 through Moolala. After more than 6 months and 20+ emails and phone calls I received partial order and am still waiting on two charms. Today after writing my weekly inquiry to them I received a very curt email saying they would send one of the charms today and that I would be getting shipping info. in the next five minutes...four hours later!! Never buy from these crooks.
