I ordered this product this morning and after reading all of these complaints I called an 0800 number to try and cancel my order. Apparently it's already been shipped. The woman on the phone was very patronising and said I had to return the items when they arrived using a RAM number and I should get a refund in 30 business days. The only things that confuses me is I keep checking my bank account and I am yet to see the money being taken out of my account so have I got away with it or will it be taken in a couple of days. I'm a student and I have no money as it is so to have this happen is so frustrating.Any help or advice will be great. Thanks.
