I purchased an item and paid via PayPal. The next day, Nomorerack sent me an e-mail saying my order had expired because I did not complete the PayPal process. I immediately opened a dispute with PayPal. Nomorerack was very cooperative and I was issued a full refund, though they continued to insist I did not complete my payment, to which I replied, "I'm missing something here--you refunded me for a payment you say I didn't make?" NEVER AGAIN! I'm taking the refund and running! I wonder if others were not as lucky as I was to get such a prompt refund.
