I ordered the sample,paid $4.95 ship charg.then every 2 wks I got charged for it but recieved it later.I cancelled it,they told me i had to keep it.so I told them to definately cancel it. they said they did.I didnt get anything for 3 mos. then another one came in the mail last week.I called today to cancel again and ask for a refund.she said its cancelled.but i had to call leanspa for a refund.I called them,got answering machine saying to go to website for problems! HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK!!!! I WANT TO TALK TO A HUMAN!!!THEY WERE NOT SUPPOSED TO CHARGE MY ACCT AGAIN!!!
