I hired Reliance for snow removal on December 16, 2013 for $552.57. I informed them that I have a disability and cannot shovel my driveway myself. Of the 7 timesa that my driveway has required shoveling the came once. I spoke to Gerry Woodcraft and he promised me he would get back to me with a solution. He has not called back. I have spoken in person and left several messages with customer service about my complaint. Their reason was that the truck broke down. I have request several times for a receipt for my payment and a copy of the contract. Still have not received it.
I Strongly recommend that NO One hires this company for any job.
