I went USPS to change my address for $1.00 and I was charged $39.95 from this company. I called to get the charged removed from my account, the customer service representitive the told me card would be credited back. I asked for a confirmation # and she could not provide that. I asked for a supervisor who then gave me a transaction number. She went on to tell me my funds would be posted in 48-72 business hours. She seemed unsure about the full legal name of the company and said their headquarters is out of Australia. This company is a hugh scam and should be reported to the US Better Business Bureau.
