Maximizer discovered a flaw in their CRM Ver 11 on or about mid 2013. When upgrading Internet Explorer, the Notes do not update in the client database. A simple warning to users/subscribers would caution and instruct the user to input only new Notes and not to update Notes currently stored. Instead we have been updating Notes for the last six months not knowing the moment we close the client profile, the new data vanishes. They've known this all along and claim a fix is coming any day now, any week now, any month now....it depends when you last checked in with Support.
Been a Maximizer Customer for 17 years and the current Leadership is behaving in a cowardly fashion.
