In 2012 my account was cancelled after I learned that this company was a scam. On 12/10/13 and 12/11/13, I was charged for 88.90 and 79.95 respectively for two products Maxthermo and Betaforce. I never made an order or called this company yet magically, my credit card was charged and an order was processed. I called and demanded my money back and after about 20 minutes of run around converstation, I was promised a full refund in 3-5 days. That occurred on 1/3/14, the day I was paying my credit card statement and noticed these weird transactions. It is now 1/21/14 and I have still not received my money and I have repeatedly called and emailed. I am so frustrated and irritated, I just want my money back and hope this company burns down. This is illegal and they have no professionalism or class.
