While watching TV, Equinox offered a free trial of antiaging product free except for shipping and handling for 4.95. I added another item for
$19.99. I did not want to join any membership during this trial. The order was made on Dec. 23rd, 2013 paid by debit card. Jan. 9th my bank account shows a debit of $99.00 and on Jan. 15th, another debit for $29.95. I did not authorize any additional items after the 3 items I received. I presume the $99.00 is a membership charge which no one explained to me. I do not know what the $29.95 is for. I do not wish to continue the membership. How can you tell if the product works within 14 days
Please cancel any membership fee since I do not wish to join and refund the $128.95 added without my consent.
