They send out spam (emails) to offer services from a web site that does not exist. The emails are from an address that does not exist.
They appear to be soliciting desperate people who are looking for sub-prime loans for their business.
I would recommend that you avoid them at all times.
Very suspect and their are much better incorporation and lending options that a spammer or fraudster.
