I was in the process of organizing my current business affairs (One LLLP, 4 Lc's) and had a personal/private meeting with NCH's Lawyer, Accountant, and adviser. I confessed that I had a lot of ideas, and $600,000 cash and wanted some advice on using that personal money too. I was advised by the adviser that this was a GREAT side deal, with LITTLE OR NO RISK, and would bring back 17 to 75% in approximately 1 year. The question was asked, "How much capital do you need to function for one year?" I decided on investing $450,000 of the $600,000, since it was from an "adviser" who was employed by NCH. The company suggested was called "Bam Capital, LLC. It was a deal about several hundred acres in Southern Idaho, called "Cedar City." I was told I needed to "get in" asap as the deal was closing soon. Long story short, the company was soon in foreclosure, and each subsequent year my statements indicated that I lost about $50,000 value each year until BAM Capital's bankruptcy was final.
As a result in my personal life, I went through 1 "fire-sale" and TWO foreclosures on two homes I was unable to pay the mortgages on .. all as a result for taking the advice of and employed adviser at NCH!!! I also was unable to keep up on my companies registered through NCH. As a result of NCH adviser's advice, and my own choice of trusting that, I was financially DEVASTATED. If I wou have to estimate my losses at this whole nightmare, it would be in the neighborhood of $1,000,000 plus. Investor beware!! NCH has employed questionable advisers in the past!!
