I ordered a trial samlpe for the cost of shipping and was billed for 5.99. 12 days later I get charged for 89.95 and I called and they said that I needed to call and cancel within 12 days of the order. I received my order about 3 days later. How is it possible to tell if a product is working within 10 days, so you will know whether to cancel or not? (It is in their terms and conditions section, which I don't believe was accessible when the small window opened up, I could be wrong.) I called and talked with a customer service person and got my account cancelled and no possible refund on the 89.95 that I was charged. If they are sending a 30 days supply, or more, I believe that they should give you the full time to see if their product works, not charge you full price within a couple of weeks. I even went to their website and they are offering a buy 3 get 3 free, with free shipping for only a couple of dollars more than what they charged me for a 1 month supply. I feel that this is very poor business practice and their free trial is very mis-leading and deceptive.
