I originally filed for a $20 rebate after I activated the product. My rebate was declined in error claiming that the product was not activated.
I was not satisfied with the software and filed for a refund for the full $39.98. Their website shows that the documentation has been received over 8 weeks ago and nothing has been done. I attempted to reach someone in their office but was told that no one there is able to connect me with the office that actually processes the refunds.
