A talent agency in Calgary that takes a 'deposit' of $180 to have you included in their bank of people to contact and promote. Worked one day of a 7-11 campaign for them and was never paid the approx. $90 owed. They ignore emails and phone calls about it telling me I have to "wait until 7-11 pays them". The work was done in November of 2013 and still haven't had confirmation of being paid!!
