I rec'd an e-mail stating that I had won 1,000,000 USD from a lottery from PUBLISHERS CLEARING HOUSE. They are instructing me to provide personel info. I have not reached the point that they have asked for any money yet. I rec'd my scam info on GOGGLE.
WHAT SHOULD I DO? JUST IGNORE THEM or WAIT UNTIL THEY ASK FOR MONEY AND REPORT THEM?
