Company withdrew twice from my account 875.00 on day and another 875.00 the next totaling 1925.00 putting mu account in neg. And leaving me without funds for 3 day weekend! No gas, no food etc and other bills being rejected and charging fees!!!!! I can reach anyone on any numbers provided phone rings goes to busy signal. Or get message on collections line! Rip off! We need to file class action suit! I will be getting ahold of attorney general, my lawyer, and better business bureauregarding this company! I want my fees back over above the loan!!!! I will get it if i have to shut them down! Bull crap! This is not a business they are theives! Its criminal!

- I am right there with you Toresa! They hit my account once for $1300 and then again for $400. I have been charged over $200 in NSF fees so far and that will continue to grow from auto pays I have. I can't get for door gas or anything either. I see a class action suit in Maxlends future for sure!

- I am interested in filing a claim along with you also. They have taken $1,700.00 out of my account even though they talked to my bank and told my bank they deducted the amount in error. They deducted the same amount the next day. Please email me if you are VERY serious about filing a lawsuit against them.
