I purchased some share options 'stockmarket charting software' over 12 months ago. Within this package deal was a 12 months written guarantee that if i didn't achieve approaching 30,000 after 12 months then I would get my money back. I gave them 7,900 at the time and spent a further 5000, lost 3000 of that. I have had acknowledgement that they received my intent to activate the guarantee. That was beginning of december. I cannot get them on the phone, on the 1 in 50 phone calls I get a customer service person who says that (any) name I mention is in a meeting or busy and will return my call. Here we are I never get a call, I never get replies to my emails, but I do get (on occasion) a "read" notification. to say that the email has been delivered. They are clearly taking peoples money and not intending to abide by their written guarantee. I hope you can help me and (i believe) probably many more in my situation with these people. Thank you
