I contacted the company as they required a few days before a payment was due, to make an additional payment towards my principal balance plus the extension amount. When I checked my bank account on the day of the debit, not only had the debited the extension and additional payment, but they also debited the entire loan balance plus the interest. I file a claim with my bank against them. To make matters worse, I called them from 7am to 7 at night, and the phone would bring then go busy. They are definitely a scam.
