Ok. If anyone else is having the same problem. I finally made it through to them Here is what you need to do in order to get your money back:
Get a copy of your bank statement with the debit and any over drafts related to this mishap. FAX A COPY of them to: 1-855-558-1460. Include your Loan # and your name of course. You may even want to include your email address and/or telephone number. If you need to call them, use 1-877-943-6784 (Collections Department).
Good luck to us all that they will refund our monies back ASAP! -

- thanks Monique yes I have had the same problem as you now I am going to contact my bank in the morning I really thank you for the numbers because I could not the numbers that they gave me.
