You have 14 days from date of their delivery to cancel (which they don't tell you) or they will re-ship. Even if you return it, there is a $25 per item restocking fee. No invoice comes with the product to tell you where/who to call - took me 20 minutes of searching to find the right number to call. They are DECEITFUL and SHIFTY at best and I hope I can prevent others from making the same mistake. In addition to all this, the product doesn;t work!
