I was lookIng for a visa to go work and live in Canada . They told me I was eligible for the visa and if I paid $670 and got all my paperwork in . They then rang looking for my credit card details and that's when I looked up the company on the Internet and the first word I saw was scam . My heart sank .

  • An interesting comment and one that does not suggest we have actually done anything wrong but as you have written on scammbook we must assume there is a concern. I suggest you review section 13 of you client care pack if you have a genuine complaint. We would be delighted to assist you and would welcome the chance to speak with you.

  • Really - Speak to you? How? Fix your phone line first so existing clients can talk to your staff. Its been a week your phones are not working in Australia, moreover emails are not working too. What do you suggest? Wait for another week to get it fixed??
