Called this company due to a flier in the money mailer for air duct cleaning for unlimited vents one return, and organic deodorizer. I called this company because I had a musty smell in the house whenever I turned on my heat. They were to come out but called and said the tech had an accident on the way to my house and would not make it. So they rescheduled for 12/30. When they came, they supposedly cleaned the air vents, but I noticed that they did not do all of them. So, i pointed out that they had missed some. They brought the machine back in and did the ones I pointed out. They then proceeded to tell me that I had mold in my condenser and that is what was causing the smell. Like a fool, I let them do an expensive sanitizer that was to take care of this mold and the musty smell in the house. Of course, this did not take care of the problem so I called them back. They also said my freon was low but I said I did not want to do that. When they came back, they went under my house to check the duct work and said everything was fine, but the ground under the underlayment was wet and that was my problem. Needless to say, they did not correct my problem. They did not care about my problem only about selling services. I called the office to complain and was told they did not have a refund policy because I signed the paperwork. I told them their flier stated 100% satisfaction guaranteed. What is their policy on that????? I will never call this company again and I highly recommend that noone else call them. Run don't walk from this company. They are a big SCAM!!!!!
