I received the "free" sample for 14 days which did not arrive until the trial period was over. Equinox took $193.53 from my bank account. There was no info in the package where to return the product. My daughter found the website and the negative comments about this product and also found a phone number for me to call. The person said that I had the product over the trial time period and that was why I was charged. I told him to stop sending any product to me and he said that I had more coming. &106.80 was taken from my account on Dec. 6 just a couple of weeks after the first withdrawal. I cancel led my card, returned all of the product unopened and then received 3 e-mails to inform me that I will only receive $129.00 back out of the $300.33 they removed from my account. These people are dishonest.
