I bought this product on 12/27/13, they charged me $4.95 shipping and handling. A week later I noticed another charge that I DID NOT authorize. Very upset and disappointed!!

- terms and conditions for these free trials say customer needs to cancel within 14 days of ordering the free trial other wise they charge the full price and you are then enrolled into a monthly shipment. you wont be able to claim the money back but they usually take a payment every 30 days calls your bank and raise a future dated card payment also try email or call the company and cancel. even if you dont manage to get thro or a responce from email use that date as your cancelation date
