I BOUGHT THE KITCHEN UNITS FROM LANCASHIRE INTERIOR HOME DESIGN, MY KITCHEN UNITS ARRIVED IN NOVEMBER 2013 ,THE DRIVER CAME TO DELIVER DEMANDED MONEY FIRST BEFORE HE UNLOAD THE KITCHEN UNITS WHICH COMES IN FLAT PACK,AFTER HE UNLOAD HE LEFT MEDIATE
BEFORE I HAD CHANCE TO LOOK THE UNITS PROPERLY . LATER I CHECK PROPERLY THE QUALITY WHAT THEY DESCRIBE ON WEBSITE IT WASN'T SAME SO NEXT DAY I CONTACTED THEM AND TOLD THEM I WANT TO RETURN KITCHEN UNITS AND I WANT MY REFUND, NOW THEY BECAME NASTY,SO CAN ANYONE ADVICE ME HOW TO GET MY REFUND WHICH IS £1425.00 .I UNDERSTAND THIS COMPANY IS A COWBOY.

- firstly you need to return the product, it might be expensive but is something you have to do even if they refuse to accept it back get a signature from them stating they have refused it. then contact your bank raise a card dispute under the heading goods do not match the discription. the bank cant raise it if an attempt to return them have nt been made thats why it is important. visa time scales are upto 120 days from the payment being made so you still have time to do this. also i would report them to trading standards as well so they can be investigated
