On July 4, 5 and 21 of 2011 I ordered a ring from Direct Shopping network. For $669.95, $1018.95 and $3619.95 respectively. I was promised deliverary of each ring within 15 to 20 business days. In 2007 I had ordered some jewelry from the company and received it with no problems. This has not been the case now. It is 10/27/2011 and I have not received one ring. What is even worse is they charged my credit card on the same days I purchased the rings. I called their customer service in August, September and October. I did not note the dates of the first two calls because I still naively believed their excuses of being short handed. The third call was on 10/5/2011 and I talked to Ashley. She told me she was writing a note to her supervisor Ping, whom I could not talk to since she had a heavy accent. She also promised that I would receive the rings in approximately a week and a half. Yesterday I contacted my credit card company. They filed disputes, but said I may end up not receiving the merchandise or a refund on my credit card. Is there anyone who can help those of us who have been robbed by this horrible company and stop them so this won't happen to anyone else?
